The lowest price being just over $10.00.

Ok, now that we have looked at the high and low price sales in the last 12 months, in Avondale, AZ. Lets look at the other numbers, like average price and average days on market. When we compare the numbers we see an average home sold for $8,429 less, and it took 24 days less on market to sell. Now lets compare the same 30 day period this year to last year. I just gave you the numbers for the last 30 days, so here are the numbers for 10/11/2008 to 11/11/2008. There were 162 homes sold, 345K was the high, and 33K was the low. The average price was $154,974, and took 107 days on market to sell. So we see that this year compared to last, are as follows. Homes are now selling for $47,932, it took 38 days more on market to sell, and we sold 23 more homes this year that last for the same 30 days.

In Conclusion, I would say you need to contact us, your dedicated Realtor, and start preparing to find a home to purchase. I believe that home prices are at an all time low. Interest rates are at an all time low. There are currently 360 homes that are active listings in the city of Avondale. You need to act now, as the prices are only going to go up from here.
